Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented DTP Manager to oversee the design, formatting, and production of academic materials. The candidate will manage the DTP team, ensure high-quality content output, and maintain consistency across all study materials, test papers, and promotional content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the DTP team for daily tasks and deadlines
- Design and format study materials, test papers, worksheets, and modules
- Ensure error-free layout, alignment, and formatting of academic content
- Coordinate with faculty and content teams for smooth workflow
- Maintain standard templates and formatting guidelines
- Handle bulk printing coordination and final output quality checks
- Ensure timely delivery of materials for classes and test series
- Troubleshoot technical/design issues in DTP processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, MS Office
- Strong understanding of layout design and typography
- Experience in academic content formatting preferred
- Good team handling and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and time management ability
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in DTP/design work
- Prior experience in coaching institutes or publishing is an advantage
